I finally got through the waiting list to get assessed for ADHD, I've had this all my life but it's been getting really difficult recently and I cant help but feel as if it has had an affect on many of my personal relationships.
Chances are, they'll diagnose me and then within a few months I'll finally be medicated.
I've tried medication for it before, it helps so much, afaik they are literally just amphetamines/stimulants, but they work, and they work well for me.
The one I tried was dextroamphetamine (and the slow release lisdexamphetamine), havent tried concerta but I reckon that'll be good too if I end up on that, could possibly negate the weird high feeling I get when it comes on, idk.
